Hey everyone! Happy New Year! I hope you all had a fun and wonderful holiday season! As for me and my family, we just stayed at home and had some relatives and friends come over here last Christmas. How about you, guys? How did your holidays go?
My first post for the year is for my Pretty Palette series and it features Pantone’s color of the year, Marsala. The color Marsala is a brownish red that reminds me of red wine. I find the color very rich, luxurious, and elegant and I think this will be a popular choice for a wedding color this year. As seen on the color palette that I created, Marsala works really nice when combined with a blush pink, gold hues, and olive green. I think this will also work well with earth tones and gray.
Here are some photos of things that you’ll see at weddings or parties (e.g. flowers, table arrangement, cakes) that feature the color Marsala.
